Terms & Conditions of Service

The Clearing Sight Inc.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all coaching, clearing, consulting, programs, and related services ("Services") provided by The Clearing Sight Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging in any Service, you (“client,” “you,” or “coachee”) agree to these Terms in full.

Our work is designed to help clients expand perspective, clear emotional and mental barriers, and create meaningful shifts in their lives. We are committed to providing the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and care.

1. Responsibility for Results

Our work together is powerful, but your results are ultimately created by you.

The Clearing Sight Inc. provides coaching and Clearing methodologies that support awareness, insight, emotional release, and mindset transformation. Breakthroughs occur when clients are willing to look within, release old patterns, and engage fully in the process.

Client outcomes depend entirely on the client’s willingness to:

  • Participate fully

  • Apply insights and tools

  • Release limiting thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns

  • Take responsibility for choices and actions

Resistance to change—whether conscious or unconscious—is always the client’s choice and therefore the client’s responsibility. We will coach you through resistance to the best of our ability, but clients retain 100% responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results.

2. Respectful Conduct and Professional Boundaries

All interactions with The Clearing Sight Inc. staff, coaches, and practitioners must remain professional, respectful, and free from abusive or inappropriate behavior.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Profanity directed at a coach

  • Bullying or harassment

  • Threatening language or behavior

  • Emotional, verbal, or spiritual abuse

  • Disrespectful communication

  • Disregard for boundaries

If such behavior occurs:

  • First occurrence: Verbal or written warning

  • Second occurrence: Written warning from management

  • Third occurrence: Final written warning

  • Further violations: Immediate dismissal without refund

This standard applies equally to coaches. If a client ever feels uncomfortable, concerned, or mistreated, they must notify management immediately so the situation can be addressed promptly and appropriately.

Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated—from either coach or client.

3. Appropriate Contact with Coaches

Communication with your coach must remain focused on coaching-related matters only.

Our services are professional. Clients seeking friendship, personal companionship, or intimate relationships must look outside the coaching relationship.

Should a personal or romantic relationship begin to develop between coach and client—however rare—it must be disclosed immediately to The Clearing Sight Inc. Management may reassign the client to another coach to protect the quality, professionalism, and effectiveness of the work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be scheduled through The Clearing Sight Inc. and agreed upon prior to payment.

Once payment is received, the schedule becomes binding. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, but availability is not guaranteed.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Same-day cancellation: 100% of the session fee

  • 1 day (or earlier) prior: No session fee for cancellation

Please reschedule a session as soon as possible.

In cases of true emergencies (e.g., accidents, medical events), fees may be waived at the sole discretion of The Clearing Sight Inc.

5. Method of Service Delivery

All coaching and Clearing sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise stated.

Session scheduling must be completed at least 48 hours in advance. In special circumstances, and at our discretion, sessions may be scheduled more quickly.

If a client strongly objects to Zoom, management may discuss alternatives. However, the final decision regarding the delivery platform rests solely with The Clearing Sight Inc. If no agreement can be reached, the client may seek another service provider.

6. Payment Terms

All Services must be paid for in advance. We accept payment by credit card via our designated payment processor, PayPal and Zelle.

Sessions are not confirmed or reserved until payment has fully cleared.

  • For monthly or recurring programs: payment for the upcoming month is due in advance.

  • For one-time, emergency, or irregular sessions: full payment is required prior to session confirmation.

  • Payment plans, when offered, may include additional administrative fees.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees at our discretion.

If payment is not received, or does not clear, scheduled sessions are considered tentative and may be released to other clients.

7. Indemnity

By engaging in coaching or Clearing work, you acknowledge that:

  • All transformation is self-generated

  • All decisions—conscious or unconscious—are your own

  • You are responsible for any life changes or outcomes resulting from coaching

Accordingly, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Clearing Sight Inc., its owner, its staff, and its coaches from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from decisions you make during or after the coaching process.

8. Additional Disclosures

  • Clients engage with The Clearing Sight Inc. voluntarily.

  • Initial discussions or consultations may be complimentary, depending on the service being considered.

  • Fees, program recommendations, and scheduling are always discussed clearly before paid services begin.

  • Clients may stop coaching at any time; no refunds are issued for unused prepaid sessions unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payments, pricing, and scheduling are always agreed upon prior to beginning any paid service.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in any coaching, Clearing, or related service with The Clearing Sight Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
